          เรื่องราวในปี 1944 ที่โลกตกอยู่ในความน่ากลัวของสิ่งที่อยู่ท่ามกลางอากาศซึ่งแม้แต่กองกำลังทหารยังไม่สามารถรับมือได้ ขณะนั้นเองก็ได้มีเหล่าเด็กสาวที่ถูกเรียกว่า Strike Witches จากกองกำลังทางอากาศหน่วย 501 ปรากฏตัวออกมาต่อสู้กับสิ่งเหล่านั้น ด้วยเวทมนตร์และจักรกล พวกเขาจะทำการกู้โลกและจัดการเหล่าสิ่งมีชิวิตนอกโลกเอง!
